I work with both athletic and lifestyle clients, from competitive clients to someone who has never stepped foot inside of the gym, who needs to be guided step by step. I believe that everyone deserves to be in good health. When dealing with new clients I like to construct a long-term plan, something realistic, maintainable and sustainable. There is so much conflicting and contradicting information it can be frustrating this affected me when I first began my journey. Eight years later, four of those years being a competitive bodybuilder. I truly believe that I can banish the myths and stop people from making the same mistakes as I did. Being my own coach for the first three years of my bodybuilding career, it had prolonged my progression, as I too fell for the myths either online or the people who I was influenced by. Nevertheless, it had it’s benefits as it has extended my knowledge and experience within the industry. Not to mention helping me achieve second at one of my first competitions (wink-wink). I am now competing internationally with more confidence in my experiences and expertise. I also have a great appreciation of my vast range of clients helping me to learn and grown every day
